The upper stretches of the Grand River provide anglers with a variety of fishing opportunities.  You can fish Belwood Lake for pike, smallmouth bass, perch, and pan fish, or waunder the banks of the Grand between Fergus and Winterborne for some fantastic brown trout fishing.

This stretch of the Grand River is rated as one of the top producing brown trout fisheries in all of North America.
